GTA V should have had a cheat to get rid of all the tires. Like whenever a vehicle spawns, the tires automatically pop. It would look weird, but once you get past that, it's a million times better than the "slippery roads" cheat that does absolutely nothing as far as I can tell.

I don't have V, but in all the GTA games I have a gun takes out the tires. There are gun cheats right?

Yeah, but it doesn't affect traffic. I want everything to be chaotic.

Yup. I've been having fun with IV on my laptop, just figuring stuff out on my own. I can get the friction of the ground down, but I don't know what to change with the cars or how. They just spin their tires and hardly get moving no matter what. Even at low speeds there's no traction whatsoever.
So I gave up on that and gave half of them a mass of 500,000kg and the other half a mass of just 0.1kg. The latter can hit a pedestrian at full speed and barely knock him off his feet (while ejecting Niko and destroying the car). It's quite interesting.
Also, police cars have a top speed of 0.
But anyway, point is it would be awesome to do stuff like this in V.

Rather than just hooning around on rims, why not give everyone skinny space savers? Means you can get traction to get the car moving at speed, but the minute you corner you're spinning like its Hagwalah.
